Building Permit

So, we’ve made it through 3 Design Review Commission meetings and 1 Design Review Board meeting with the City Planning office. Everything has been approved and we’re now waiting for the city to approve our application for a building permit. Hopefully it will happen this month (July)!

I’m sure there’s a reason why these processes take so long but the city has no desire to communicate this information. Thus, we’re all left feeling like it’s extremely inefficient.

In the meantime, building materials are being ordered and plans are in place to hit the ground running once the permit has been approved.
